All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, or seasonal volume.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear depending on the carrier.


🏠 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@hushiesboutique.com.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.


📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the address provided at checkout
  • Contact your local post office

If you still cannot locate your package, email us and we’ll help resolve the issue.


↩️ Returns Due to Non‑Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, we can reship it once the customer pays the reshipping fee.
