↩️ 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

🔄 3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color changes if the item is in stock. If the item is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund.


❗ 4. Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non‑returnable

💰 5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


🚚 6. Return Shipping Costs

Free return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


📸 7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost.


🏠 8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. Returned packages due to address errors may require a reshipping fee.
