Yes, most items fit true to size. If an item runs smaller or larger, we note it in the product description.

What materials are your clothes made from?

Our baby clothing is made from soft, breathable fabrics designed for comfort and sensitive skin. Material details are listed on each product page.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by country.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. 

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Tracking may take 2–5 days to update. If it hasn’t changed after 5 days, contact us at info@hushiesboutique.com.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. 

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@hushiesboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are available for size or color changes if the item is in stock.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it at no cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.


📦 Order Issues

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
